All shipments are certified and free, sent through Correos Spain. This method includes a shipping tracking number and insurance in case of loss of the package.

We will do our best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, sometimes we cannot guarantee them because the actual delivery time will depend on the effectiveness of the transport companies used.

Preparation time:

The handling time for an order is approximately 1 and 2 days. For personalized orders, the time may vary due to the fact that the personalized preparation may take a couple of days if the requested cufflinks have stock in coins, or weeks if it is necessary to create cufflinks with coins out of stock, and therefore , wait for the order of the coins to arrive. Guarantees and returns:

According to EU regulations, if you have bought a product that is defective, does not work or does not correspond to what was advertised, the seller must repair it, exchange it, give you a discount or refund the amount paid. If you have purchased a product or service online or outside of a commercial establishment (by phone, by mail or from a door-to-door seller), you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. At Genumis we accept returns or product modifications, the return shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us within 60 days after the shipment has been made, this being our product guarantee.

Return conditions:

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon receipt of the product and seeing that it has not been altered, Genumis will refund the full price paid for the item, excluding shipping costs.
